Is it Halogen or Xenon
I have recently looked at a C350 2012 coupe to buy and it does have projector headlights does that mean that they are xenon? I forgot to check when i saw the car if someone could tell me that would be great. Thanks

As far as I know the 2012+ models shipped with halogen lights in reflector housings, and the projector housings were with the xenon package. There are aftermarket headlights that are set up for halogen bulbs but have projector housings, though.
2011 and earlier models had halogen projector housings stock, not sure why Benz thought it was a good idea to go back to reflector.

Yeah that's what I was thinking as well. Because i googled alot and saw some people saying they have a 2012 with reflectors because they don't have a lighting package. So I would make an educated guess and say they are the lighting package headlights. I'm buying from a benz dealership so I don't think anything aftermarket was put into the vehicle. Even if they are halogens in there it would be nice to have projectors so I can run a HID kit and not bother other people on the road while driving.

If it is 2012-2014 facelift, projectors indicate the lighting package. The halogens were reflectors. Also, the 2012-2013s with xenon lights have headlamp washers. These were deleted in 2014.
From 2008-2011 the lighting package could be identified by headlamp washers and LED rear turn signals.
