FS: 2008 c300 VIM cable
Hello all, I am selling a Vehicle In Motion cable that I used in my 2008 c300 with multimedia pkg. This will allows videos to play while the car is in drive for your passengers. Depending on what version OS you have, you might have to update it for this to work. It works great, does not mess with the GPS or anything else while it's on. It is also very easy to install. Again.. I used this for about 3 years responsibly and I am not selling this for the use of the driver. It is for passenger use only. I am not responsible for any careless drivers watching and driving.
I am located in Denver and will ship within the US. Shoot me an offer including shipping if you are interested.

No, its plug n play. You can turn on/off the VIM by pressing and holding the "hang up" button on the steering wheel. One end of the VIM harness plugs into the radio wiring harness and then the other end of the VIM harness just plugs right into the back of the radio. Very easy. My c300 is an 08 made in 10/07, after I plugged it in the first time, I had to go get a software update on the multimedia system and after that it worked just fine. Am not sure how, but do you know how to find which version the system is ? And I can tell you which one I am using with it.
I am trading in my car, so I am parting everything out.
