High-pitched noise from the Engine !!

High-pitched noise from the Engine !!
Hi everyone, recently i realized that my car C300 2011, makes this weird noise at cold startup! any ideas ? my guess is the air pump, but correct me if im wrong.

sounds similar to what happened to my 2012, air injection pump is the issue but let me find my old post to confirm.
