Hi guys,

I need help. I have c-class w204 2010, I was rear bumped, and the front seats headrest neck-pro deployed. Now, I managed to reset to default position the head rest on the co-driver seat, but on the driver's seat i can't. in order to reset it the head rest must be deployed once again so i can reset it. My question is, is there any chance if someone knows how to deploy it, without getting rear bumped once again
I've asked at the official dealership, they told me the solution is only new headrest which is expensive.

What's the problem---that's all apart of the insurance claim----you did get rear ended correct or is this dream post!!

I'll have to wait for the police report before I go to MB service for repairs. Anyway, I thought maybe there is a solution.

I do know they can be reset without a new headrest
