So the horror stories I've heard about breaking alignment pins on the bumper/fender wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The install went very smooth, I did all of it myself with the exception of final alignment. After extensive testing with the Depo headlights, everything is solid. Next up is going to be HIDs, I just didn't have enough time to finish that up and still get a good ride in today on the motorcycle (just off to the right in the garage).
Looked quite weird without the eyeballs. Don't mind the mess, I haven't cleaned up my garage in months.
All buttoned up and ready for the desperately needed wash/wax.
This was definitely a major improvement even running around with some generic halogens prior to the HID upgrade. I did have to drop the bumper, but I didn't have to completely remove it. Here's the video I used:
