MSRP is $50,000

First offer to me is $42,700 (14% discount) no other discounts.

Any advice on what I should go back with, especially since it is almost the end of the year?

This should go in the W205 section right above this one, but 14% seems really good. Most people can only squeeze out up to 15% with deals and incentives.
