quad tips
Would i be able to take quad tips and stick them onto factory muffler? and get a new diffuser to go along with it?

Yes get the H type not the Y type quad tips.



This is stock with H tips and a CF diffuser

you need to get them welded on, maybe like 60 bucks labor. But still don't know why H-pipe, both DO work?

The "h" lines up better with the stock muffler outlets than the "y" type. But if you're using aftermarket mufflers like Magnaflow, the muffler shop can make both work.
