iOS 10 Bluetooth Issues

I have an iPhone 6s Plus running iOS 10.1.1. Ever since iOS 10 came out, I've been experiencing an issue where every few minutes I will get a "Dave's iPhone 6s Plus Connected" message will pop up on COMAND. If I am streaming music, it never breaks/never interrupts, and it never drops the "Ready" and signal strength meters. It was a minor annoyance at first - but now when making a call, I can initiate the call from the car but as soon as it tries to dial, it will drop the bluetooth connection to the phone - the call still goes through, just no BT. It may or may not pick it back up a few seconds later.

It was tolerable at first, but the damn thing is dropping the BT in the middle of calls all over the place.

Is anyone else having these issues?

To fix this problem, delete your phone from the command. You will also need to remove the car from from your BT settings. Once this is done, reset up your BT connection between your phone and car.

I have the same phone and same iOS and no problems here. I was running iOS 9 when I got the car and never had to re-pair. That's odd.

Try deleting the bluetooth connection and repairing like dieseldoc suggested. That should resolve it. I'm not sure why some phones experience the issue and others don't, but it seems deleting and repairing solves most bluetooth related problems.

My iPhone 6 is on iOS 10 and I have no issues whatsoever when using bluetooth.
