I have seen it first on an German forum (in facebook). Now I am seeing it again.
Anyone has idea how to do it:

Mercedes C220 AMG Style
The OEM ones are led. With a bit of soldering and some crazy mod, its possible with OEM leds.

Nice mod!

I have aftermarket LED on my pre FL. I am not sure if there can be added some delayed resistors or something like that to be able to get the effect.
