Found some C250 Sway Bars...
After diligently searching all over for a few days, I came across a german website TunerShop who has a USA version of their website. Punched in the C250 I have and BAM! Came up with one set of sway bars from Eibach using a totally different product code schema. 
Upon searching Google for this miraculous product code, it took me to the UK shop for Eibach for a C230 (close enough, used this site as reference to determine it would work for my vehicle). The bars are thicker, at 28/21 at what seems $431 shipped from TunerShop.
