Awesome! I had Apple Carplay via my Pioneer NEX in my last 3 cars. I miss it a lot. How much $ do you have tied into the upgrade, and was everything plug and play or did you have to custom wire some things?

I just got a 2011 C300 sport and for the life of me I can't figure out how to get a bluetooth module or anything for it. My wife has a Himbox module that goes through her glovebox so she can bluetooth but the C300 has the really old 30 pin connector.
What do get to make that work? Or can I take that out and make it usb or something else?

Depending what phone you have, you can buy a 30-pin to lightning adapter if you have an iPhone. Or you can buy a different cable, replacing the one with the 30-pin plug, do a Google search.

We have CarPlay on our Optima, and I do like it. But I would never ruin the interior of my W204 for this, and this looks like a clusterf...
Now if we could have CarPlay on the factory screen, that I'd be interested in. But the tacked on screen is one of my least favorite features of the newer Benz cars, so retrofitting it to the W204 is unimaginable.
How can I get my radio interface working again, cables all in right place and fuse is good. Is this white pin ribbon attached correctly? Thinking this has to be the issue?
White pin ribbon adapter should attach but not sure into what or how... Inside of radio interface w204
you can just put the digital climate panel from the E class in the C class and you are looking at the NTG5 unit from the W205
i doubt the buttons will work currently in his car
