Any tricks on replacing a W204 battery?

MB roadside swapped my main battery out for 281.00. I called the 800 number and had a new battery installed in just under an hour from the time I called. Apparently they drive around with a van full of batteries. Roadside guy said older MB's like my 2014 are a direct swap.
It was last Saturday morning at 5:30 am even. Autozone has the Duralast Platinum for 200 plus tax so I basically paid around 60.00 for weekend early morning to my (car) door service.
