You mean like an overall inspection like you might do if there was a particular used car you wanted to buy to see if everything was in good working order, in any accidents, etc? If so, I would guess $200-$300 at a dealer, maybe a little less, depending on just how extensive you want them to get. Keep in mind that they will probably also give you a long list of service recommendations you might want to take care of.
You having issues with your car?

What if I say you need to look at X
or what if they find something wrong? Will they give me quotes etc for fix?
Idk what to expect from mb dealer.

If you have a good relationship with a dealer they might not charge you charge to diagnose if you would have them fix it, depending on how hard it is to diagnose. Like tracking down an electrical problem could take hours to find as opposed to maybe a couple minutes for something like a wheel bearing. Hard to say without knowing more.
Would they give you quotes to fix it? God, yes, and I would guess they would do everything in their power to let them do the work.
Almost sounds like you suspect a major problem and are not anxious to get that confirmed.

It's $135 just to look at your car. Obviously if they find something wrong with it, this will go up substantially. Usually they give you a list of wrong things..Need new wiper blades...$85

It is free. They have never charged me to have something inspected. They even told me it was free for an inspection. Maybe because I am pretty good friends with all the advisors and technicians in the back lol. One of the technicians is a good friend of mine that used to work at Renntech here in West Palm Beach, Florida.

I think what he might mean is you are paying for an inspection where they go through a list of things. It is an inspection only, they are not doing a diagnosis. If they find something suspect that would require something more in depth to confirm their suspicion, like digging into an engine to verify what might be causing a misfire, that they would not do as part of the inspection. They would certainly note it and might give you possible causes and prices to fix it, but you are only paying for an inspection, not a diagnosis.

It is not normally "Free"... actually, even free doesn't really mean "Free" anymore... LOL.
Most dealerships (I say most, and there is exceptions of course) will charge the hourly rate to check or "diagnose" something on your car. Now, as mentioned above, if you decide to get the same dealer to do the work they diagnosed for you, they may give you a break on the diagnosis fee or the job overall... my local M-B dealer in Ottawa charges only $130/hr, but, if you're car is older than 5 years, they give a discounted labor rate (15% off labour, 20% off parts), in an effort to get more people into their service department. Its not a bad deal really.

I would think it wouldn't say much of anything. I can't speak for CarFax, but up here (Canada), we use Carproof, which is very much the same, and it is detailed, however, and servicing done at the dealer is not revealed in the Carproof report, no matter how much the bill was for.
