When will be the next model year?
When will be the next model year or major facelift for C-class? Is the mid-way facelift due in Aug 2017 in US and a new model due in Aug 2020?

I have a 2012 C300. Problems started to surface last year. First, oil leaks, then an audio sizzling noise, and lately a transmission problem. I just had the transmission replaced (covered by the 3Y extension warranty), but the speaker sizzling noise is still there.

I am seriously thinking about exchanging the car with a new C, but I really don't like the ipad-type display in the latest C model. Will a major facelift or a re-modeling phase out that kind of display?

If you just got a brand new transmission I wouldn't sell the car...but that's just me. These motors run forever. The only issue is the transmission (sometimes).

Yes, it is a brand new transmission. But the "hiss/sizzling" static noise of the audio system (radio/CD/MP3) is annoying. I believe audio is not under 3Y extension warranty. Not sure how much it will cost to fix it.

Might just be a bad speakers or speakers.
