All electrical cut off! Perhaps ESL??
Hi
My W204 CDI200 2009 suddenly began not reacting on turning the key. No light or anything in the instrument. In the beginning I could just turn it one more time, and then I would work. Then the other day when I came the the car, I could not unlock the car with the remote. I used the original key and opened the door. All electrical had been cut off, I could tell because the clock had been reset. It took me 10 turnings with the key before it started.
Could this be the common ESL problem, but would this also cut of the electrical system when the car is standing still making the remote lock not work?
