I don't know if there has been such a thread but I like listening to music in my car and I've been trying to tweak the sound settings (treble/bass/balance).

I was wondering if you guys had also tried tweaking the settings. Do you go with the factory defaults 0-0-0 or you tweak them to your preferences.

Personally, I seem to like +9, +4, -3 most.

What are the best treble/bass/balance settings to your opinion?

I like to also use the parametric EQ found in the engineering menu. If you search that on these forums you'll find some info, its a bit confusing at first.

I usually leave bass at 0, treb + 1 and +2 forward balance on top of it

I'm a little underwhelmed with the sound system in the car.

I like the stock sound system but you need to tweak it a little bit before it is ready to use. If you leave it on 0-0-0, it won't sound good.
