PLEASE HELP- H&R SPRINGS LOWERING PROBLEM
hi guys
I have had H&R Springs fitted to my c class w204 on standard shocks
they are the correct spring & part number etc, everything is installed correctly, but on every slight bump on the road i am getting knocks, and we cant figure it out, can anyone advise? is it hitting solid on the bump stops perhaps, should they be removed?

Can you be more specific on where the sound is coming from, front or back? Most springs have you cut the bump stops at a specific point because you are traveling on closer portion of the strut, but that should not happen over small bumps. Also how the springs are seated can make a big difference. make sure they are seated with the spring oriented correctly to the upper and lower mount. And did you put the rubber isolater back in?
