LED License plate resistors.. again

So I know this subject has been covered but my license plate bulbs have a mine of there own. So first of I just swapped in canbus led bulb, they worked fine for a month then the left one started flickering. So then I installed 2x 5ohm 100w resistors to each bulb, that didnt work with the canbus leds, they both instantly started flickering. So then I put just normal led(non canbus) with the resistors, that worked good, no warning lights, no flickering.

1 month later, the left bulb it flickering.. Only when the car is running tho, when the car is off they dont flicker.. Now I scanned the rear module with my Icarsoft scanner and it shows there's an issue with the license plate bulbs, but its not enough to make it show up on the instrument cluster ? What is going on ?
