Knocking over bumps after fitting H&R Springs to w204 saloon

i had H&R springs fitted to my c class saloon and over every little bump i am getting a knock and we cant seem to figure it out

How much did the springs lower the vehicle?
Couple of things that come to mind are either the springs made the car so low that the struts are bottoming out... oooor the springs with installed incorrectly.
