Installed it, seemed gawdy, and took it off.

You mean the illuminated Star?

Run. I'm not a fan, although I am a guy who's old school - into burl walnut trim...that sort of dude, so maybe I'm not hip enough :p

2010 M_B C300 ... Wife drives a 2007 GL450
I bought one off of Amazon ... Great packaging .. easy to install .. Only $50 haven't had an issue since install
