Help! Confusing W204 C200 Kompressor issue
I have this issue for about 3 months, car is W204 C200 Kompressor,
with engine M271.950.
well this is my issue,
First my car shuts after i warmed it for about 5 minutes,
take to MB dealer SDS fault code was crankshaft posisition sensor has an electrical fault and secondary air injection flow too low.
i had changed the crank sensor and change over valve, got all vacuum line checked nothing leak, clear fault code
drove the car, feel ok for about a month, and i sit the car for 2 days then start the car, cold start loud idle for a while and then suddenly rpm dips once to 400 rpm, after this happen the engine feel rubish, i can hear air sound from engine, which i think it was recirculating air flap?
and then if i restart the car, soon CEL on, and engine shuts again!
restart my car CEL still on, i took the car to independent MB workshop,
check with SDS same fault code appear as history / Stored code.
took the car home, to short my story this condition happen about 2 times, and the same independent dealer suggested me to do SCN Coding to my ECU. Got the car back, feel ok and nothing happen, but if i sit the car again for two days when i start the car, the rpm still dips once to 400 rpm, but this time no CEL.
lately i change my 2 cam actuators (Leaking a bit oil), spark plugs, air filter, and using 92 gas with liquy moly injector cleaner.
what happen with my car? why the rpm dips if i let it sit for 2 days (Cold Start). FYI im in Indonesia which the lowest temp is about 24 celcius degree.
