Welcome to the forum.

Have you done a transmission fluid flush? I'm wondering if you're low on tranny fluid.

If you don't have the issue when in Sport mode it could be a software/adaptation issue. Sometimes these random transmission issues can be fixed by having the dealer clear the adaptations and have a tech drive it to "retrain" the control module.

If you're at the 39k mile/60,000km mark you should have a transmission fluid and filter change done at the dealer

You can also request that the dealer perform shift adaptations between 3rd and 4th gear to smooth it out. Without proper adaptation, shifts will feel a bit jerky or lazy.
