K&N Intake?
A bit confused. Some people say to not mess with the air filters and intake because the stock ones from mercedes are best suited for the car, but this video claims quicker revving with this modification. Is this a good option or bad option, and how much would this cost?

Can't see the link ... Didnt copy rite ... As far as I know the intake is best the way it is stock .. There is a hood designed to take advantage of the design of the intake and it looks awesome ..... That's the way is was engineered not to sound ignorant

Hehe thats my vid, you can see all the parts I used in my thread in my signature, page 2 post #50. If it's good or bad idk, people can and will always debate the filter thing so I just wanted to point you in the direction of the parts.

The last time I tried one on another car, the sound was way too loud @ idle. I pulled it off and sold it on eBay. Sounded like a loud vacuum cleaner. But if you're interested in more sound coming from your engine and MAYBE, just MAYBE a very small increase in performance, go for it.
For me, non factory nosy intakes go with fart cannons, large trunk wings and boom boxes.....
If you want one.... go for it.. If you don't like it, take it off and let someone else try it!

Did you really see a good difference in REV responsiveness? How much in total did this cost and what do I need?

You can check my thread here https://mbworld.org/forums/c-class-w...od-thread.html or below in my signature like I mentioned. I have all the parts with part numbers on page #2 post #50, plus a more detailed "review" of the the mod.
