Few questions here..Thanks in advance :)
Hello everyone,just recently bought a second hand w204.
2007, 220 cdi 115kw automatic.and have few questions if anyone could help
1.Sunroof stutters when closing (is this something DIY or done with star only?)
2.parking sensors and heated seats not working(the fuses seem to be fine,the buttons for both seats and parking sensors aren't even working..The sensors make noise only when started the car..
3.Is your steering wheel stiff?I owned w211 before and you could steer it with your fingers it was that easy,here it's much harder..Still ok,but wish it needed less effort to turn(maby some speed sensor?I was reading about)
4.a question for diesel with dpf owners-how often is filter going into regeneration driving in city only?My w211 used to do it every 1000km

If you do not receive any advice here check the diesel forum on the site.
I have a 2007 220 CDI but cannot help as I do not have a sunroof or PF.
My steering is pleasantly firm , does not "return" but can be used with two fingers! Compare at a dealers.
i would try lubricating the sunroof moving parts. Silicone spray may be helpful , try the search feature of this forum for sunroof help. There has been a lot of posts on the issue.
