Guidelines

can guidelines be added to a backup camera in a 2013 c350?

Not to the factory camera, but you could get a E Class camera retrofitted which comes with lines and if you want to go a step further you can have it calibrated to move with the steering wheel.

On my pre facelift w204 you have the option of enabling the guidelines on the engineering menu. You just need to buy a camera without guidelines or even use the MB camera. I tried both and find the X204 (yes X204) guidelines to be more friendlier that the guidelines that comes with the ebay and amazon cameras.

I have not seen a single person on this forum so far who got guidelines out of their factory camera. Maybe it Canada is possible.

Ergo, no, I don't know of anyone in Canada that has done this either.
