My SRS light comes in intermittantly

Play around with the front seatbelts. There's a wire leading from the insertion points for both passenger and driver, sometimes they get pulled causing a short, which will trigger the SRS light.
I had this problem when the wire was very strained from moving my seat back a lot, once I gave the wire some slack I've never had the issue again

On top of Funkwagons info, if i am not mistaken there is a recall for the SRS on year 2008. I was looking over my own service history and noticed the TSB for this. Check with your local dealer to verify if yours has been addressed.
Recall #2015110002 , could be acting up due to that?

Interesting. I have a 2008 I bought used from the dealer last year. I'll have to check on this.
