Rear 12v Socket is lose. How do I remove it?

Rear 12v Socket is lose. How do I remove it?
Hi, the 12V socket, next to the ashtray is not working.

It seems that there are some loose parts in there. I removed the ashtray compartment, and there is a gap on the side for a finger to fit through and I can feel a loose part at the bottom of the socket compartment.

I don't know how to remove it to try to put in back in place.

Any thoughts?




Sorry the vehicle is a C250. Is this the wrong section? Can a mod move it to W205 if it belongs there.

What year is the car? If it's the new body shape (2015+) then yes it should be in the W205 fora.

Year is 2012 so I guess I'm fine.
