Made new discovery
I feel silly I didn't discover this earlier but the sun visors can be extended. Only took me two years to figure out, lol.
I though these cars lack that feature but it just takes a bit of force to get it to move. I had this in my previous cars but the action took much less force.

My wife had a Honda civic for years and had no idea it had heated mirrors.
When I got her hand me down after she bought a new Mini, I mentioned to her how nice it is to have heated side mirrors in the winter (no ice build up) and she looked at me like I had 8 eyes on my head. She had no idea the car had them.

It's really bad for me because I've had this in other cars. I tried once and I was expecting it to slide out easier. When it didn't I must have thought it didn't slide out.
But I figured my oversight may be of help to others who did not know. It's not an obvious feature but a very useful one.

2012 Mercedes C250
Sort of related; back in 2003, I bought my first BMW, a 97 M3 sedan. This car had a sunroof (my first of those, as well). After the first 5 months or so, my boss at the time noticed me cracking the roof open an inch or so to vent, and said 'why not tilt it up in the back?' I had no idea it would do that! Thankfully, he didn't spread it around the office!
My C250 now spends most of its time with the roof tilted up.
