MB C Class iphone mount?

Just got a 2017 MB C300 Class sedan, and was wondering if anyone had recommendations for a quality iphone mount?

I use this magnetic mount
Amazon Amazon

It comes with an adhesive plate that I attached to the top of the dashboard or you can use the window. I really like the setup but you need to be able to stick the metal plate to your phone or phone's case. My phone hovers just to the left of the Comand screen and almost feels like an integrated piece of the car. I have an LG V20 phablet phone.

They make one that goes in the lighter spot too. I have both but I use the one above as it gives me best visibility and use.

The only draw back is direct sunlight on a charging phone can make the phone hot.

Oh, just saw you have a 2017. I don't think the adhesive plate would work on that model as the dash is a bit more rounded.

Check the KUDA web site. They have really nice mounts. I had one in my 07 C230. They aren't cheap, but they really do look nice in the car.

Yes, like that mount on Amazon but you are right, the curved dash on my 2017 is not compatible...and the KUDA site only has mounts up to 2014 models...so I'm still looking, and thanks for the replies...

if anyone else has had success with a car mount for the 2017 C, please drop me a line!

May I ask what is the purpose of mounting cell phone? I leave my phone on my belt. With Bluetooth connection I can use steering wheel button and center console buttons to make or receive calls.

This is my favorite phone mount that utilizes the CD slot.

Unfortunately the volume knob in the W204 gets in the way, but it'll probably work for the W205 since there's nothing around the CD slot.

A window mount might be the bet option then. That's typically how most aftermarket GPS mounts work.

I really love the magnetic mount systems. You can even order plates that match the finishes on various phones. You just have to be careful you don't block NFC antennas or wireless charging.
