I ride a 2011 C300 V6 naturally aspirated engine and was wondering if it is possible to fit twin turbo for monster power on that engine and if the answer is yes does the ECU needs remapping or not?

Is it POSSIBLE? Of course it is possible with enough time and money spent on it. However, I am guessing your question is if there is just something that is bolt on plug and play. The answer to that is an emphatic "no".

Do a quick search on here for tuning and you will see numerous threads on the topic. Basically there are a few options there, but nothing that I would call MONSTER POWER.

 

You'd probably have to put in new cams also maybe and update head studs ect to ARP

 

Short answer; no

Long answer; also no, you're better off finding a different engine to swap into it.. and even then that gets complicated
