I was driving on the freeway and at high speeds you can hear a whining noise at the rear of the car. The noise I believe comes from the passenger rear side. You can only hear this noise when traveling at high speeds. During normal city driving the noise is not audible. I was wondering if this is just the way this car is or is it the tires, the wheel bearings, or the muffler. Please help.

Without hearing it first hand I would suspect a bad wheel bearing.
