No, my car doesn't have P1 package or Multimedia package so I'm stuck with only AUX.

It seems to be a great product based on the review.

Bovee Bluetooth for iPod adaptor Kit cable

The original post by rivensoul links to the Bovee WMA3000. 15 months ago I was gifted a Bovee WMA1000 which fits the old-style 30-pin iPod cable from the iPod Adaptor Kit. Here's the link:

Works OK, fortunately since Spotify has changed both their compression scheme and relative volume level, now my nav announcements are clearly audible over the music.

For those without the iPod Adaptor Kit, and only the audio minijack, there are economical, but less convenient solutions in that one must manually turn on the receiver and recharge streaming adapter every 8 hours:
