Error Code PO410, no power to secondary air pump

Error Code PO410, no power to secondary air pump
I'm sure a few people had this issue in the past. I'm not sure if I had the same issue as everyone else. I have 2008 C350 (W204).
The check engine light comes on and shows a few error codes PO410 and 0814-00 and 0810-00
Last 2 Is "Malfunction of secondary air injection at left bank of cylinder (function chain) (pO410)" and "Malfunction of secondary air injection at right bank of cylinder (function chain) (pO410)"
The pump doesn't turn on when the car is on, but I put a 12V to it and it turns on. I check the fuse and it was good. The relay I just swap the relay from another bank and it doesn't seem to do the trick either.
Does anyone have the diagram to the Secondary Air Injector Pump or came across this?
I pretty much concluded that it's not getting power to the secondary air pump.
Any help would be appreciated.
