Rear wiper not stopping

Hello,
I have some strange issue with my rear wiper. When I spray the water on rear shield - it should wipe few times... but mine rear wiper is working all the time, and cannot stop. Turn off engine and turn it on is the only way to stop it.
BUT... when I turn the ignition on, and spray the rear windshield - it works flawlessly (wipe 3x times, then it stops). So it's only not stopping, when the engine is on.

The problem happened yesterday, but today morning I tried to recreate the problem (is was about 16C outside) - and it stopped all the time. Now when it's hot (33C) - it's not stopping.

I checked my car on Xentry - no errors.
How can I fix my problem? Or where to start searching for problems?

That was the 1st thing, that I've done when running Xentry (wiper "turned on" and engine on too).
No errors.
