Hi, I am new here and in need of some support please.

I need to replace the fuel quantity control valve on my 2011 C220 cdi I have bought the part from MB and I am told that it bolts onto the high pressure pump. I was also told it was a simple diy job. However on opening the bonnet I can't even find the high pressure pump. It looks to me that it may be hidden under the fuel filter and other components on the rh side looking from the front. If so it looks like a lot of stuff has to be removed just to get to it. Does anyone know how to do this job and if it can easily be done? Or am I looking in the wrong place?

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Thanks in advance
Steve

Pluto, thank you so much for your help. It is really appreciated that people I will never meet go out of their way to help. Especially considering the problems you have with the weather in your area.

I just have one more question - do I only have to carry out the processes that have model 204 in the 3rd column or do I work through the lot in sequence?

Thanks Again
Steve
