A quick Search will help find DIY answers. Assuming the coolant leak is from a hose on your C300, this link covers all 3 hose replacement procedures.

Most C300's aren't old enough to have the high quality OEM hoses blow yet so make sure you know where the leak is coming from...is there visible coolant on ground, hose attachment points or are you "losing" coolant per the reservoir level shows ? Radiator itself OK or heater hoses ?
