If the C180 is similar to the US C250 with the 1.8L Turbo engine, the oil filter is located up top, close to the firewall, on the drivers side of the engine bay. It's just behind the air filter box and can be removed with a 27mm socket on a long extension. Stuff a rag down in the crevices to catch any dripping oil when you first pull the filter.
