There is PWM communication between the fan and the ECU. If this is lost then the fan runs at full speed.
There are many posts about this, search the various MB forums for resolutions, sometimes a bad fan, sometimes an ECU issue or a harness problem.

Alternator issue

orginal alternator with oem A271 154 1402, TG12C026, 2543296B (120A) - valeo have seen its best days and have to be changed.
The New one is valeo TG12C026, 439611 (120A) and it Worked ok except the coolar fan starten work constantly. I noticed afterwords that it is mentioned for vehicle with ac (manually controlled), could that be the issue with the radiator fan ?
valeo has an other alternator 439610 (150A) for vehicle with automatic climate control, could that be the soluition.
