Hello folks, i have a c350 2009. Recently my command has been acting up , this time it just wont start automatically after starting the car . I tried to remove the 11 and 26 fuses but it didnt help. I also checked the radio wires and nothing is loose. I even had a system reset and it didnt help. The command works fine but have to turn it on manually everytime i start the car. Hopefully someone here could help me on this one. Im starting to believe that i need a radio replacement.

Experiencing similar issue with my command center after recent road road trip. For whatever reason command center does not recognize the car is in and cycles off after 30min. The command center will then shut down and has to be turned back on manually. When I go to turn off the vehicle I have to manually turn off the command center/radio. It’s definitely bizarre. Hopefully someone else can chime in.

 

I am dealing with the opposite here, when i turn off the car, the command turns off like it should, but after locking the car and unlocking after a min or two , the command just wont start on so have to turn it on manually. Its definitely bizarre. last night i tried removing the battery cables but that did'nt help at all. All I am left with now is fitting a new command and see if itll solve the issue, i will report back. And yes i hope someone can chime in because this issue is bugging me a lot lately.

 

Well everything seem to be working just fine. After i saw few drop of water in the trunk near the hk amp. It turned out be a clogged pano roof. The car stayed for almost a week at the dealership they fixed the leak and ran their tests. The guy said they never touched the command but the minute i started the car the command just popped up right away. Its hard the digest but im happy that its back like before.
