I have a 2010 1.8l turbo cgi c200 and occasionally when I put on the radio, stereo or into reverse gear the command screen comes up blank...after a few trials the picture appears. What seems to be the problem here? Is something going bad.............

I would try disconnecting your battery from your car to try and reset the system otherwise I would see if the dealer would reflash the firmware to try and fix the glitch.
