i have a c200 elegance 2008 ...how can i be sure if it has dynamic suspension..

You will have the base suspension with mechanical adaptive damping.

Factory ordered 2012 MB C350 w/Dynamic Handling Package
Pop open your hood and ceck to see if you have additional control modules on top of each strut.

If it looks normal, then you don't have it.
