Hi everyone, new here, I have C350 AMG 2009. Few months back i started feeling some vibration in engine while drive and later got engine light as well. i visited garage and found the manifold is leak and need to be replaced. so we changed Manifold and car run smooth after that, but again right after a week, i am feeling vibration. this vibration is on idle, P and on D as well. In the morning when engine is cold the vibration is more but later in reduces but still i feel it and car runs very rough. There is no light and code. I have checked all coils and plugs and found all in good working condition. I have no idea, the vibration is kind of like there is some issue in airflow or intake but there in no code and light. Checked physically for leaks but didn't find any. I replace engine and transmission mount few months back so this is not caused by mounts.
please any ideas or any suggestions....!!!

When was the last time you changed your transmission fluid?

I did it 3 months back same time when i changed engine and transmission mount.
vibration feels like some sort of airflow issue but don't know what.

Fuel filter maybe?
