13 C300 Transmission jolting/hesitation from dead stop.
So It's becoming more common for my car to jolt from a dead stop and go into gear. It almost felt like motor mounts but after doing a little research it seems like it might be a common problem.
The car is a 2013 C300 4 Matic with 91000 miles. It is only doing it from a dead stop and usually when the car is cold. Would you say this could be a reprogram issue? Also am I on the hook for that to be fixed, or will the dealer fix it for free?

When I bought the car they claimed it had gone through some 75,000 mile transmission service. I probly need to get documentation on that.
My oil change is comin up soon. I'll have the dealer take a peak at the software. thnx
