Exactly what part of the youtube rant has a "professional" tone or demeanor? Excuse me for assuming, but I am definitely going to assume you dealt with them in the exact same histrionic manner, probably even worse, as you might hesitate to admit to certain parts of the interaction after the fact, particularly if they may be less flattering or undermine your position.

If you can't understand why I said "big boy pants" perhaps you should consider what I might have been getting at and how your odds for successful interactions in life improve when you conduct yourself with respectability and dignity.

This is your free lesson in adulting.

I hope you make the most of it, because you may not often find people willing to give you guidance rather than just pound the ***** outta you for being annoying.

I dropped my car off at Tire Kingdom 5 days after I got my new tires and wheels mounted by someone else. I brought it there due to the fact when I went there 4 days ago to get my tire pressure corrected one of the employee's damaged my sensor valve stem and it has been going from 40psi to 14-16psi daily! I drove like that for days and finally dropped it off. I specifically asked the guy upfront that no joyrides at all (JINXED IT). After getting a call 1 hour later they tell me they cant fix it and it needs 4 new sensors, bull ****. So I am waiting for the customer ahead of me to finish, and I hear my car revving and hear someone floor it away! I sprint out as I know the sound of my car as it's unique, and I see my car flying in a dangerous road which has a lot of dips and potholes and bumps. I then go inside and I was furious "WHY THE F*** IS SOMEONE DRIVING MY CAR LIKE THAT". I was told no one was driving it, but then I see it park in front of the store. My brother who was with me in the black mercedes outside the store as seen in the video at the end, heard him revving my engine. I asked "Why is he speeding in my own car, and I get told they said he wasn't." I simply said ok I'm forsure coming back after I check my footage. (I put in my dash cam for the first time in months as I watched videos of this happening to people on youtube yesterday) I see how he treats my car and he says "I am going to race this ****", he sure did race it! My Radar alerts me when I go over 75 by saying "Over Speed", and of course it goes off. Take to account I have a mod which allows me to change my pedal settings incase I want it to be responsive or very slow and sluggish, I kept it in off mode which means you need to floor it right away to take off. I come to the store and I ask them to watch, they start telling me "My worker did nothing wrong, he simply tested it under extreme conditions", I asked "You did nothing to it! IT WASN'T EVEN FIXED" he then asks me "'Would you rather have someone test drive over 60 or 5 mph?" I tell him 5 as it's my car and wouldn't want someone to damage it, he laughs at me and says I'm lying. I then ask to talk to the employee who did this as I was about to flip on him, I get told "Go back to mommy and daddy" I was furious at this point and drive home, little does he know this 16 year old who has a car "provided" by mommy and daddy actually bought it himself lmao. I have now called Corporate and will take it a next step further if nothing is done to compensate for this ****. I am getting mercedes benz to do a scan and see for damages.

Did the world end? Was the car totaled? Did he steal your girlfriend and kill your dog? Did he cause your mother to have a stroke? Was the engine damaged? Did he do anything to the car that you haven't done yourself many many times?

You have never done what they did to your car? You have never floored it for a few seconds? I think that is where the exaggerating reference comes from.

bring your car to me let me beat the **** out of it, I don’t need advice I’m just showing how ****ty pep boys is. I honestly didn’t even show the same behavior as the “historic manner” just leave if you don’t like it. None of your business to tell me how to act or what to do. I’d love my tpms paid for and that’s about it. I got the employee fired and I don’t care. Quit spreading negativity. Go take a photograph or something, I put this for the world to see how ticked I am that some “luber” did this to a car I put all my money and work into.

To dumb it down for you, just leave.

youre comparing what I do to my car, vs’ing what some stranger did to my car.

its my car not theirs, give me your car I’ll do same thing let’s see how you feel. I’m not offering a rental service on a race track for them at 100% off.

Accuse: verb. place blame for wrongdoing, fault
Synonyms: condemn, attack, etc

But hey, It's quite obvious you are just the poster child for maturity, so clearly I misspoke.

...Like I said. I watched the video and the only possible violation I see would be a speeding ticket to the driver. Good luck with your claims.

You're correcct, it is your car and they had no right to do what they did. You complained about it to the company, you are not out any money and your car was not damaged. The company took steps to fire that employee employee and rightfully so rightfully for that short joyride. Not sure what else you would want them to do. You posted it on You Tube and are going to give them bad reviews on social media and I'm sure to anyone you come in contact with. Let it go now. Life's too short.

Update on the situation, bugged the crap out of the DM with phone calls and she finally called back. Tells me both employees were fire (Driver and the disrespectful man) and I would also receive a refund for the $41 I paid today at good year to get my TPMS replaced

This really suxs, but we all probably sign our rights away when we sign that paperwork each time we ask someone to work on our cars. In some cases, we sign our rights away to take them to court too.

Glad your ride is OK.

As others have posted, let the Corporate office know and I bet they will make it good.

I read the thread before watching the video. I was expecting something exciting. That was nothing. And you said this: "scan car for any faults this may have caused." Seriously? If that caused a fault then C300s must really be crap. That's how I drive to the grocery store. Yeah, you are seriously overreacting.

Once they scan, I’m blaming everything on them 😁 Cars maintained weekly and scanned weekly. New parts every week to keep it going. This threads over no need to keep replying. My overreaction got two employees fired. And that’s all that matters

Agree with that. I've worked as a valet. They have no respect and beat the **** outta cars. It ain't right, but never let anyone drive your car if your gonna get this jacked up over something this trivial. How many man hours you got in this vendetta?

I put 8 hours alone yesterday doing a full paint correction. I have about 300 hours total in past 8 months. Probably more! I didn’t tell them to drive it, they did no work on it. I simply told them, do not drive my car.

You have to replace parts WEEKLY on your car to keep it going? Like what? These cars are pretty reliable overall, at least not to the point of having to replace stuff that often.
