C250 blower not blowing

C250 blower not blowing
2014 C250. Haven’t driven the car for 3-4 days and it say outside during a big ice/snow storm
Get into it today and blower won’t blow.
hooked up my Mb2 computer, showing 4.6 volts going to regulator when turning on blower. Normal?
Check fuse 12 (is that for blower?) it’s not blown
What else should I check?

Pretty easy to access. Pull down the panel (3 screws) under the glove box. Try thawing it out with a hair dryer. You may still it to be intermittent and need to be replaced.
I just replaced mine. $160 on Pelican Parts. Took about 20-25min to replace.
