Car won't start!

So I have a 2006 C230 sport.
I got an engine code for P0355 Ignition coil E primary/secondary circuit, I was driving on the freeway and lost acceleration and had to pull over, I left my headlights on because it was dark and I'm in a black car. (Drained my battery). I turned my car off and on again only to have all my lights on my dash go on and my car to start shaking(misfiring) badly. I just got the car 2 months ago and I noticed it wasn't a smooth drive either, but it wasn't terrible at all. I ended up getting it towed home and replaced all of my spark plugs/ignition coils, and attempted to jump the battery. The battery was hooked up with jumper cables to another car for an hour and car still won't start. It turns over like it wants to start, but the engine won't start, and I have no idea what could be causing this. I have over 1/4 tank of gas, so I'm not out of gas.

Just having jumper cables hooked up to another car will not do anything. You need to have the other car running when you are trying to start your car. Try that and also have the person in the other car rev it up a bit while you try and start yours. Your battery might be depleted enough that it won't allow the car to start.
By the way, your car is a W203. This is the W204 forum.
Good luck!

A P0355 Ignition coil E primary/secondary circuit indicates a faulty secondary circuit which would be in reference to the connection between PCM (the car's computer) and the coil itself and not in the coil or in the spark plug. I don't know if the coils on your car include the lead wire from PCM is not, then you need to check those wires for either a short or a broken connection.
