2008 w204 c220 CDI SPORT.
W204 door module changing coding ?
hi does anyone know how i can switch on the courtesy lights in the door modules ?
i changed door cards and my newer ones had the courtesy lights at the bottom of the cards.

so i just need to know how to change coding with star diagnostics to turn the lights on when i open the door.

all wiring is present etc etc

thanks for any help given

It is probably somewhere in the SAMF_204 module, never needed to look for it so not sure. Use Google Chrome, save the SAMF_204 settings to HTML, open it with Chrome, right-click and Translate to English, look for anything that sounds like courtesy lights, activate, and see if it worked.

You'd need Vediamo software to do it unless you have Xentry online access through a dealer. It comes preinstalled in Vediamo, they are .cbf files that can also be downloaded.
