Hi everyone, I have a 08 C350 and for some reason, the command navigation console (that usually pops up), wont open anymore. I press the button, and it doesn't work. The radio and cd portion works fine and comes on, but just cant get the display to pop up.

The first thing I did was open the fuse box located near the engine, and replaced fuses #11 and #26. Still doesnt work.

Anyone can give me advice, or know did I pull the wrong fuses, or what the issue is? Thanks

 

Can you hear the gears turning or the motor running when it doesn't open?

 

Not really. It seems like you hear it after the first time, then if you press multiple times you dont.
