Car Not Turning Over - 2012 C300 Sport w204
Hi All!
I'm hoping someone has an idea.
As of last week, my C300 will not start. Wake up to go to work and try and start the car and see "Inoperative" on the cluster. Checked fuses and found a 20A blown in rear SAM. Replaced it and finally care would shift but only turned over once then shut right off. At the moment the car will try and turn over but will not start.
I have access to a Solus Ultra Diag and received the codes shown in attached picture. So I the ent to dealership and bought a new fuel pump relay, no luck, called Mercedes tech and he said it can be the whole rear SAM unit that needs to be replaced. $600. I pulled rear SAM out and it looks good... no visual damage from water or anything.
Also, I checked fuel pump harness with a power probe and when starting the car it doesn't seem 12V is being sent to fuel pump... not sure if this is normal or not... only read 0.1V.
What am I missing? Could this be symptoms of bad SAM? Everything else seems to be working that would connect back to SAM...
Please HELP!
