2013 C300 - help needed
hi, I am about to buy a 2013 C300 with 41k miles on it.
He is the second owner. He bought it from the dealer with 36k miles and selling now. He hardly drove it for a year. Its not very well maintained though. You can see he is been a bit sloppy.
Car should still be under warranty right?

What was the owner all suppose to service while only driving 5K miles? Why do you consider him being sloppy?
Was most likely purchased as a MB CPO (CERTIFIED PRE OWNED) vehicle after the lease from the first owner was up.
41K is nothing, might need a transmission service soon.
If the car is clean and the price is right, I would take it and have a PPI (PRE PURCHASE INSPECTION) done and if all turns out ok, I would get it.
